I am Hershi, a freelance developer in London. Below are nine sites I built for real businesses. Every one is live right now, and you can go and use them. I work in English, Hebrew and Yiddish.

A Yiddish video and podcast platform: series, episodes, a status feed and a paid tier.
Built the whole thing and still run it.
The interface reads right to left because it was laid out that way, not because a stylesheet flipped it at the end. Yiddish needs the digraphs to render as single letters, which rules out most webfonts before you start.

Voice broadcasting: record once, deliver it to thousands of phones, watch the delivery come back live.
Built the platform and the sending dashboard.
The hard part is not sending calls, it is telling somebody honestly how many landed. The dashboard reports per-broadcast delivery as it happens rather than a total at the end.

An Italian fashion house: collections, an archive, and the stores that carry them.
Built it, and I still maintain it.
The whole first screen is a video with the wordmark over it, which is easy to make look cheap. It holds up because the type sits on the one part of the frame that stays dark as the footage moves.

One console for a client-service team: contacts, scripts, credentials and every channel in a single place.
Built the product.
Built for operators, so it is dense on purpose. The whole design brief was that somebody on their fourth hour of calls should never have to hunt for a credential.

Nine sites, one person.
There is no studio behind this. The person who quotes your job is the person who writes the code, and the person who picks up the phone two years later when something needs changing.
I write everything from scratch. No page builders, no themes to license, nothing you have to keep paying a third party for. That is slower to start and much cheaper to live with.
Most of what I know came from running my own products and having to keep them alive at three in the morning. It is a different education from building something once and walking away.

Travel copy wants to shout. This one is set in a serif on a deep teal and says almost nothing on the first screen, which is why the booking form gets read.

Mosdos Technology Office
Device compliance for Jewish institutions: register a device, verify its filter, issue the certificate.
Built the system end to end.
It issues real certificates that a school has to trust, so the interesting work is all in the audit trail and in making sure a record cannot quietly change after it is signed.

A UK charity giving disadvantaged 16 to 19 year olds a trade and a way into work.
Built the site.
A charity site fails when it looks either slick or sad. This one leads with photographs of the actual workshops, because the proof that the programme is real is that you can see it happening.

Live seat availability for Wizz Air All You Can Fly, polled from the airline rather than guessed.
Built it and I run the polling.
The whole product is a race against rate limits. It polls per flight rather than per route, and the two accounts it uses go out through different addresses so neither hits the ceiling.

When I answer
Usually within a few hours, in English, Hebrew or Yiddish. If I am deep in something I will still tell you when I can start.
Who owns it
You do, from day one. The code, the domain and the server are in your name, and you can hand them to any other developer without asking me.
Handover
Every project ships with written notes on how it works and how to run it. If I disappear tomorrow, the next person can pick it up.
When it breaks
I fix it. Not a support plan you pay monthly for, just the thing you should expect from whoever built it.
